Ambience is good as is standard with all cafe coffee day outlets. Service was normal, we ordered smoked chicken sandwich and chicken tikka sandwich which came out cold from inside. And from cold I don't mean not warmed up, but cold as they come out from freezer.

The place serves the coffee and food like any other cafe coffee day! Infact I guess it's the only one in saharanpur! The place was clean and I like the on road location. Staff was polite but yes, do not rely on timings mentioned on Google as they open around 11am. We went there by 10.40am but they were just opening the store. So better hit the place...
