The quality is so so good , service is clumbsy 15 nov 2023 i went with 2 friends we're 3 people to order, 2 friends ordered kebab paratha and I ordered malai cheap, kebab paratha came in 10 mins then friends ordered biryani that too also came they had food then almost after 30 minutes waiter comes and tell their is no malai chaap can we order from rich tadka for you which another shop next to them ,still after 45 minutes am still hoping for order to arrive but it was blind faith ,after my 2 friends end up eating then I walked out felt bit insulted and humiliated,they offer services which nobody does same thing i told to owner but there was no response ,least bothered for improving, if you want to get insulted by unfriendly staff then pls do visit this place at your own risk , pricess dont co relate with quality and quantity...

If you go to the shop to get food packed for you home, they already give packed food but when you ask them to get it made infront of you they start giving excuses that they have just made the food just few mins ago but they will never give fresh packed food infront of you they always provide packed food that is allready prepared from who long no one knows . If any legal action is taken against them then they will understand. And the person sits on the counter he never says anything to there workers to listen what customer says .
