Unprofessional Response from Owner Overcharged Twice Poor Hygiene Lack of Basic Service Attention

Story behind this bad experience : I visited this restaurant twice in the last few days and unfortunately had a disappointing experience both times.

On my first visit, I ordered a Mix Pizza, which was listed for ₹230 on the menu, but I was charged ₹250. I didn’t notice it right away and realized only after reaching home. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

However, on my second visit today, I ordered a Paneer Pizza listed at ₹220, and once again, I was charged ₹250. When I pointed it out, I was told that the "latest chit" with updated prices had been removed from the menu by a customer. I asked who is responsible for maintaining the menu's accuracy, and the owner claimed it wasn’t their fault. Honestly, that explanation didn’t make sense — it's the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure the menu reflects the correct prices. Does it make any sense?? Am I responsible to maintain your Menu chart??

Additionally, the hygiene was below expectations on both visits. The plates were not properly cleaned. And if you need anything beyond your initial order — even a simple request — you’ll either have to wave repeatedly to get their attention or leave your seat to call someone.

There’s definitely room for improvement — especially in terms of honesty with pricing, hygiene, and...

Hope this had an option of giving 0 stars..... I visited this place on my birthday... The waiters had their own attitude..... Chowmein was the worse.... Everthing was just topped with pineapple...... We ordered vanilla shake.... Which had the same consistency as milk... There was no sugar.... And when we complaint the waiters about this they firstly just claimed that... "bhaiya vanilla shake aisa hi hota hai" Then when they thought we will talk about this to the manager... One of the waiter told us that the chef was not available so another chef who is not incharge of shakes made it.....

And while we were leaving they came up to me and asked for a tip 🤦‍♂️ seriously this food court had some serious issues....

Wont visit this place ever again.... And will not recommend anyone...

They have good food item and price also reasonable but maintain cleanleness outside as well as inside. So much dusty outside. As they are earning they must focus on outlook and cleaning. Food taste is good and looks original but they don't want to spend on hygiene. Hygiene is the biggest problem of India. Every one selling unhygienic food. Open to dust and fly. That is the problem of people become sick after eating these food. Please maintain hygiene. Focus on people who are working in cafe , they are so much dirty and do not wear cap or mask or gloves.kindly...
