Cheetal Grand — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Cheetal Grand located on NH334 is a good pitstop when you are driving from Delhi to Haridwar. This has been a popular destination for many years, but this was my first time here and I enjoyed every bit of it here. The food you get here is fresh and the variety is massive as well. We decided to have the following when we were at Cheetal Grand.

Masala Dosa was served with sambar and chutney, the dosa was crispy and nice, while the aloo inside was not that spicy as well. The sambar was not that great, I would have preferred the chutney to be a little thicker as well.

Rajma Rice combo was one of the tastiest dishes here. The rice was well cooked, the rajma was consistent and had a good mix of masala as well. You get some cut vegetables as salad along with this combo as well.

Veg Pulao was tasty and fantastic. The rice was perfectly cooked, the veggies were nicely cut and fresh, and the raitha was spot on as well. The quantity provided was good for two people, and the dish was not spicy at all.

Hot and Sour Veg soup had a thick consistency with finely chopped veggies. It was served hot and was good enough to fill my stomach easily. If you want to try many other dishes then it is advisable to skip the soups as they are pretty heavy on the stomach.

Paneer Paratha served with some pickle and curd, surely is the best combo one can have when you are in North India. The paratha was nicely roasted, the stuffing was massive, and the butter on top was perfect too. Considering the amount of people that dine here, the service is superb as the dishes come to your table very fast, and all are freshly made.

Lime soda was good, we had the masala soda and the regular one.

The best of bests economic places for food lovers. Delicious taste - whole some quantity - pocket friendly prices..... this place is heaven for food lovers and quick bites. As my family travel a lot to gurgaon an Delhi, they always prefer this restaurant over any other. I have went to this restaurant umpteen number of times. Being situated on the main highway, this is very easy to navigate. The restaurant is very large with a wholesome seating capacity. They serve vast variety of veg and nonveg dishes....starters, Chinese and India snackks, tandoori, main course, sweets and desserts, bevarages. The quantity and quality of the food is amazing ...all the dishes are greatly delicious. Their serving portions are also large. The place is neat, clean and hygienic. They have good management and maintenance. The staff is amicable and hardworking. One of the best thing that We (my family) appreciate about this place is that no matter how much customers are seated at a time, their services are never delayed. I'm always in an awe about their quick services. Infact The waiter that was serving us, was soo smart and intelligent that he didn't even write our order in some page. He memorised it all....we were 9 people, having multiple orders and he memorised everything 'correctly' !!! I recommend this place to everyone. It is economic and stable. Best restaurant to go when you want to have a...
