Chulhewala: A Satisfying Dining Experience Nestled along the bustling Jhansi Highway in Kanpur, Chulhewala offers a delightful dining experience that is both satisfying and inviting. The restaurant's ambiance is warm and welcoming, with a modern yet comfortable décor that creates a relaxed atmosphere. The spacious seating arrangement ensures a comfortable dining experience, whether you're enjoying a meal with friends or family. The menu at Chulhewala boasts a diverse selection of dishes that cater to various tastes and preferences. From classic Indian delicacies to contemporary fusion cuisine, there's something to tantalize every palate. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite, and the flavors are expertly balanced to create a harmonious symphony of taste. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows in the presentation and execution of each dish. One of the highlights of our dining experience at Chulhewala was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu, making our meal even more enjoyable. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. While the overall experience was fantastic, there was one minor drawback that we noticed. The drinks and mocktails, while refreshing, tended to be a bit overly sweet for our liking. While this is a matter of personal preference, it might be worth noting for those who prefer a less sugary beverage. Despite this minor point, Chulhewala remains a highly recommended dining destination in Kanpur. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant ambiance makes it a standout choice for those seeking a memorable culinary experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor to the city, Chulhewala is definitely worth a visit.

We stumbled upon Chulhewala during our journey from Delhi to Bengaluru and ended up making it our overnight haven. Conveniently situated on the NH44 strip just outside Jhansi city, it proved to be a delightful surprise. The exterior presents a decent front view, but the real charm unfolds as you step inside. The hotel boasts a fantastic ambiance with an inviting outdoor seating area by the pool and a charming garden spot for those who prefer dining al fresco. Our culinary adventure included Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Biryani, and Chilly Chicken. The Tandoori Chicken, served on a hot plate resembling a sizzler, was a taste sensation. The Chicken Biryani, while a bit spicy, offered a delightful North Indian flair. The Chilly Chicken was equally impressive, and the portion sizes were generous enough to satisfy two hungry travelers. After a hearty dinner, we found ourselves in need of accommodation. Despite checking out a few other options, none quite met our standards. Fortunately, Chulhewala had four available rooms. A stroke of luck led us to a vacant room, and upon inspection, we deemed it suitable for a comfortable night's stay. The rooms are adequately appointed, providing a pleasant view of the swimming pool and featuring a balcony to enhance the overall experience. Chulhewala proved to be a pleasant surprise and a memorable stopover on our journey. Highly recommended for both dining and overnight stays!

I guess you’ll not find any better option than Chulhewala. This not only serves you best food but give you superb ambience that too on a highway. This place serves the purpose of your visit, it gives you a relax hygienic feel when you enter. We have found this restaurant in our road trip via google map on the way to Jhansi. This restaurant is a great place to visit, they have stay option (Hotel), plenty of dining areas outdoor and indoor. They have the pool dining area as well. We had lunch - their special chulhewala paneer masala, kaju curry and bread basket. Everything was superb. It’s definitely pocket friendly with best eatery options If you’re crossing this way, you should definitely visit it again. We will come again whenever we will get a chance to visit Jhansi. Thanks for catering on the highways.. sometimes we just don’t want dhaba but a nice place to sit and eat :)

Will be Happy to be here again sometime Great place to stop and refresh yourself. We were on a long trip travelling on NH44 and right from sagar we were trying to find a decent place to stop but we couldn’t find any. A bit past midday we crossed Jhansi and on our way was Chulhewala. The place had dedicated parking 👍 We were received warmly👍 The seating area was well maintained and well attended 👍 Lavatories were unexpected clean and had a touch of upmarket diner of a metro city.👍 Food was very well prepared and was fairly priced 👍 They also have a small garden for open air parties, a decorative pool areas with music and gazebos around it. This really looked interesting. I’d say well done Chulehewala, you folks have got what it takes to be a great restaurant. Good luck. Couldn’t see any negetives.

In one word: Excellent Ambience - One of the best ambience in Jhansi. Heaven for photo lovers. Food - Food quality and taste is also good. Service - My experience with service was not as good, we were told it is because of "Holi". It was good before when my friends went there. Can be consider this as exception. Other - Separate portion for drinks(not available now but soon it will be) Cons: Food is a bit Pricey. Not a good place for couple who want some privacy. Every table/space is visible to everyone. There are "huts" 🛖 kind place for dining which is beautiful but you won't able to get it in evening time if you are less than 5-6 members. Long waiting queue so better to book early or you have to wait for 15-20 minutes. Live orchestra is there but it is not pleasing for ears.
