The restaurant's ambiance is warm and welcoming, with a modern yet comfortable décor that creates a relaxed atmosphere. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every bite, and the flavors are expertly balanced to create a harmonious symphony of taste. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows in the presentation and execution of each dish. One of the highlights of our dining experience at Chulhewala was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable about the menu, making our meal even more enjoyable. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met. While the overall experience was fantastic, there was one minor drawback that we noticed. The drinks and mocktails, while refreshing, tended to be a bit overly sweet for our liking. While this is a matter of personal preference, it might be worth noting for those who prefer a less sugary beverage. Despite this minor point, Chulhewala remains a highly recommended dining destination in Kanpur. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant ambiance makes it a standout choice for those seeking a memorable culinary experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor to the city, Chulhewala is definitely...
Read moreOne star is for ambience. In Jhansi i find this place decent to visit with friends and family. Apart from this nothing is good about this place. We visited place in evening time. Tables were not clean have to request staff couple of times. Unprofessional staff with rude communication. Service was not upto mark. We ordered soup (tomato, manchow-poor taste) cheese ball (cold and poor taste) with paneer hariyali(poor taste, paneer was not fresh) and chilli paneer was little sweet but it was the only dish in starter which we believe was ok. We requested manager to exchange the cheese ball as it was cold and not at all good, he bring back same cheese ball this time they came right thru oven. Main course we ordered paneer tikka masala which was having butter masala gravy, mix veg which was sweet, only dal makhani was good in this entire food menu. Now comes interesting part they served rice at the beginning even before chapatis and veggies. When we asked plz bring rice at the end they said, then u guys will say we delayed ur order or it's cold and hard. The cost of each item was too high and quantity was very very less each item was price doubled. And it's quantity was for one or two person hardly. Finally somehow we managed to finish our meal and leave this place for our own good. Restaurant owner should understand that PPL do not visit place only for ambience they come for good and quality food. My experience was very bad can't imagine returning to this place ever, would prefer other hangout places in...
Read moreWe stumbled upon Chulhewala during our journey from Delhi to Bengaluru and ended up making it our overnight haven. Conveniently situated on the NH44 strip just outside Jhansi city, it proved to be a delightful surprise.
The exterior presents a decent front view, but the real charm unfolds as you step inside. The hotel boasts a fantastic ambiance with an inviting outdoor seating area by the pool and a charming garden spot for those who prefer dining al fresco.
Our culinary adventure included Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Biryani, and Chilly Chicken. The Tandoori Chicken, served on a hot plate resembling a sizzler, was a taste sensation. The Chicken Biryani, while a bit spicy, offered a delightful North Indian flair. The Chilly Chicken was equally impressive, and the portion sizes were generous enough to satisfy two hungry travelers.
After a hearty dinner, we found ourselves in need of accommodation. Despite checking out a few other options, none quite met our standards. Fortunately, Chulhewala had four available rooms. A stroke of luck led us to a vacant room, and upon inspection, we deemed it suitable for a comfortable night's stay.
The rooms are adequately appointed, providing a pleasant view of the swimming pool and featuring a balcony to enhance the overall experience. Chulhewala proved to be a pleasant surprise and a memorable stopover on our journey. Highly recommended for both dining and...
