Cubic cafe rooftop — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I visited this café for the first time after hearing a lot about it from my friends, and while some parts of the experience were great, others were very disappointing. The rooftop ambience truly stands out, it’s peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for an evening hangout with friends. The food tasted good, though slightly on the expensive side, but that can be overlooked considering the pleasant setting. However, the biggest issue we faced was with the staff and their service. Shockingly, one of the staff members started recording us without any permission or consent. Even after we asked them to delete it, they made excuses and later even posted a picture. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. On top of that, the receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and behaved as if attending customers was a burden.

I would strongly suggest the management to look into changing the staff and bringing in people who are genuinely customer-friendly. The ambience deserves appreciation, but the staff’s offensive behavior ruins the overall experience. Unfortunately, my friends who warned me about this were...

Location It is on the 6th floor of yug residency, susuwahi, hyderabad gate. Ambience It's really nice. It's an open roof top restaurant. Where different kinds of sitting facilities are available. It's spacious and gives a pleasant feeling. Nice lighting and decoration has been done. Indoor seating is also available. Preferably to go in the evening.

Foods It is tasty. Both veg and non veg foods are available. Rates are reasonable. They don't charge any tax. 10 percent discount is given to BHU students. An extra 5 percent discount one can get on showing a previous visit invoice.

Service It is ok not very special. Staff behaviour is ok. Parking is free along the road side.
