DILLIWALI CHAY-SHAY — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Very bad restaurant for family.. The food quality is also very bad... Me and my friends ordered cold coffee and it took 1 hr for delivering it.. after it was delivered and we drink the small pieces of vegetables are present in cold coffee..after that i suddenly complain about it to the waiter..In return the waiter replied " Kitchen me bhut si sabjiya kat ti hh to aa gyi hogi" means there se no word for cleanliness.. And the behavior of staff is very bad..the way they talk..in all his attitude like we are eating free on restaurant... And when the bill came the total estimate was RS 2000 i dun think it was mean to the things we have ordered.. they charged 1000 extra for occupying there space for 2 hr.. In my knowledge there is no restaurant who charge for sitting even we are ordering.. Chay- Shay Hell...

Very good place and restaurant. It serve good quality food products. Facilities in this restaurant is well and good. All the members of this place behaves well and serve food with cleanliness and happiness. Food is available in good price means price of food and other items are not high. Main seriously iss restaurant se bahut disappointed hoon. Humne family ke saath dinner ke liye plan kiya tha, lekin poora experience hi kharab raha. Sabse pehle toh service itni slow thi ki hume lagbhag 30 minutes tak wait karna pada sirf order place karne ke liye. Staff itne rude aur uninterested the ki unse baat karna bhi ek struggle tha. Jab finally food aaya, toh wo bilkul cold tha, aur taste mein toh bilkul bhi maza nahi aaya. Humne jo dish spicy mangwayi thi, woh bland aur flavorless thi.Ambience bhi bilkul relaxing nahi thi – loud music aur kaafi noise thi, jis wajah se ek peaceful dinner ka maza bilkul khatam ho gaya. Khaane ke baad jab bill aaya, toh laga ki paisa bilkul barbaad kar diya. Khaas kar yeh dhyaan dena chahiye ki agar koi family ke saath aa raha hai, toh kam se kam service aur food standard maintain karna chahiye. Yeh restaurant bilkul bhi recommend nahi karungi, kyunki yahaan aake bas time aur paisa dono...
