Dear Domino's,
I would like to take a moment to appreciate the excellent food quality and service I experienced during my visit to your Kishanpur Tiraha branch yesterday. The flavors of your pizzas were truly outstanding, and the overall dining experience was delightful.
However, I wanted to bring a small concern to your attention. It would be wonderful if you could consider including the sauce with the pizza as part of the standard offering. It feels a bit disheartening to have to pay extra for something that complements the pizza so well. Including the sauce as a complimentary addition would enhance the overall value for your customers.
Additionally, I noticed that there is a charge of Rs 10 per bag for carry bags. While I understand the need for eco-friendly practices, the cost seems quite high, particularly in a small tier-3 city where polythene bags are not yet banned. It would be fantastic if you could review the pricing policy for carry bags and consider adjusting it to be more reasonable, taking into account the local context.
I truly believe that these small adjustments would greatly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your commitment to providing exceptional food and service is evident, and I hope you will take these suggestions into consideration.

Read moreMy recent visit to Domino's Pizza was a blend of highs and lows, and here's a detailed breakdown:
Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highlight: The pizza was outstanding! Each piece boasted ample toppings and the perfect cheese-to-sauce ratio. The crust was an ideal mix of crispy on the edges and soft in the middle.
Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Concern: Service was mediocre. The staff appeared overwhelmed, which led to longer waiting times for both receiving our initial order and any follow-up requests. Politeness was there, but the promptness was missing.
Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️ Improvement Needed: The dining area didn't live up to expectations. It was somewhat disorganized and not as clean as it should be, with food remnants under tables and a generally chaotic environment.
Conclusion: While the pizzas were definitely a treat, the experience was marred by lackluster service and a less-than-inviting atmosphere. For my next visit, I hope to see improvements that could make the overall dining experience reflect the high standard...
