Domino's Pizza | Chinhut Raipur, Lucknow — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I placed the order of my medium pizza and one small pizza at 20:48 P.M. and my order got delivered at 22:20 P.M. and it was cold. Around 22:00 P.M. my order was dispatched, and in the mean time it showed "13 minutes" only, I understand very well that there could be high demand as it was the weekend night, but informing is also important, I called the store for 7 times, for 2-3 times they didn't pick up the call, and half of the time it was busy. Ignoring calls, not informing the customer and having no cancel option is unprofessional and unacceptable. I trusted Domino's with a lot of hope, and it was a special occasion, and that trust was completely let down, I don't think I'll be looking for Domino's in future for any occasion. I have no complaints with the delivery executive, once dispatched, the order came promptly. My problem lies entirely with the store’s poor management and the app’s lack of basic features like real time updates or cancellation options. First of all their policies are wierd....you cannot order some things that have orders .. for that once ihad to go back home and order. Once I personnely visited Dominos shop in Lucknow at IIM Road  on 28th  of Sep 2023. I purchased 2 pizza costing of rupees 315.
