Domino's Pizza | Narayan Plaza, Lucknow — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Great pizza and lot of options to choose from. Hygienic place but the service is really slow. But I guess you can definitely wait when the pizza is so mouth watering. The place one's are farmhouse, cloud 9 and garlic bread. A lot of crusts to choose from thin to cheese burst. You can never go wrong with Domino's. Very good place eating tasty Pizza. Domino's is brand which means Dominate all. There area variety of pizza , they offer lots of taste and home delivery also. It's the crowded place normally. This is famous amongst Uttar Pradesh Technical University Student I will not write about quality and variety as it is well known and they maintain it. I want to talk about location that is good but space inside is not enough. Only 4-5 tables available and many customers wait just standing for their order to get ready. As in my case they do not deliver to my location as of now. So i need to go there and get it.

The food is good. Service was ok and lacked coordination between staff, greater customer service etiquette was expected and desirable. The staff was comparatively slow specially those taking orders as compared to other fast food restaurant.

The one thing that was exceptionally bad was the condition of the restroom. Toilet was as if it has not been cleaned for ages and overall condition of the place was not something one would willingly visit.

The eating area was clean though and was promptly maintained by the cleaning staff.

The place was a bit chaotic and needs to be seriously upgraded specially in terms of décor and ambiance. Really great pizza. Fresh and tastes amazing. I ordered it and they prepared it quickly and efficiently. Staff is always nice and I love their new varieties . Gives me always a reason to celebrate with friends and family, which is great. I also go up there with the kids and they always enjoy. The place is pretty clean and with great ambience. Good for take away...has a seating capacity for 20-25 people.... Anyway staff here is kind and responsibly do their service Place is good. Has good location and also place for 4 wheeler parking. Although the place is on the first floor so elderly people cannot climb the stairs which is a drawback other than that it is good. Location is good but the store is damn small and if you are thinking to go there on a holiday or on weekend's evening I don't think you will get a place there to sit and enjoy your slice ,,,but in terms of cleanness,staff and fast order delivery it is one of the best dominos of Lucknow I just loved Tandoori chai... Perfect Place for Chai Lovers ...

I wish I could provide star (in minus)but there's no option. Worst Domino's Branch ever. The restaurant should be shut permanently. This particular branch is a fraud: No. 65, Upper & Ground, Narayan Plaza, Lucknow - Sitapur Rd, SBI Colony, Sector E, Aliganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226018. Don't order online.

I ordered food items from Domino's via Zomato App and the restaurant accepted the order. However, when I tried reaching their phone after 1 hour, no one answered the calls. There was no update on the delivery, no update on the order. I waited for 2 hours but no response from the restaurant regarding the food, the delivery person and lastly no refund options.

When asked Zomato for support, apparently Domino's has everything of its own such as their own delivery executive, or if one wants to cancel the order that too can only be done through Domino's and not through Zomato. So at this point, there was no option but to wait for the order.

Request you to please close this branch of Domino's so that they can't cheat people like that and make fool of them. And lastly, the staff should be re-evaluated for this job role. They are not professional at all.

After 17-18 pending calls and more than 2 hours , I received the order....
