We had a disappointing experience at the Domino’s outlet in the food court near Subharti College, Meerut Bypass Road.

We asked for the "Meal for 4 (Veg)" combo, which was clearly displayed at the counter. But the staff said it was discontinued last week. When we asked why the menu was still there, they had no clear answer. The manager gave a different reply, saying the offer ended this morning and only then asked the team to remove the menu. This was very confusing and embarrassing. We ended up ordering individual items instead.

Also, the taste and packaging were poor. The pizza bread was not good– toppings kept falling off and the slices were hanging. The garlic bread wasn’t cut properly, making it hard to eat.

I had a terrible experience at this Domino’s outlet on Feb 18, 2025. I placed an order for two pizzas, confirmed it with the staff, and paid the amount they asked for. However, when I got home and checked the bill, I realized I was wrongly charged for two Pepsis that I neither ordered nor received!

The staff refused to provide the bill at the time of order placement, saying I would get it later while receiving the order. If I had received it earlier, I could have avoided this unnecessary overcharge. This kind of dishonest billing practice is unacceptable and reflects poor service standards.

I request Domino’s to check their CCTV footage and take strict action against such misleading billing tactics. Customers should not have to deal with wrongful charges and poor service. Very disappointed and won’t be visiting this...

Extremely disappointed with Domino’s service at this location. I visited twice recently, and both times staff member Ashwini refused to take my order, citing that their printer wasn’t working. This is unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s. If your operations depend on a printer, then fix it immediately—it’s not the customer’s problem.
