Instead, you’re greeted with indifference and practically kicked out like you're trespassing. It's as if they don’t want customers at all.Ordering takes an eternity. 20 minutes just to place an order? And then you wait another 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive. That’s over an hour of your time wasted for something that's barely edible.The staff, instead of offering any form of courtesy, speak in multiple languages, often confusing customers rather than helping them. Communication is chaotic, and any attempt to clarify feels like you're bothering them.

Honestly, this outlet is an embarrassment to the Domino's brand. If the owner of Domino's were to experience what customers go through here, they'd probably cry—and rightly so. Today I’m feeling regret like never before. For the first time, I ordered food from Domino’s on my birthday—and the trauma I went through is beyond explanation.

I literally wasted ₹690 on this garbage food. So embarrassing. So much regret.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such disgusting food. It took almost 2 hours to receive the order, and even then, everything was completely cold. But it didn’t stop there—when I opened the food boxes, I found a piece of a plastic bag inside. I was literally shocked, my expressions went blank.

When I checked the rest of the items, they were also cold, spoiled, and smelled horrible. The cheese looked extremely old. I called the restaurant 16 times, but got no response. I was so angry I felt like smashing their store.

Then I complained to India’s worst food delivery Company—Swiggy—and they told me to send a mail and wait 24 hours for a resolution. But they never replied.

I strongly request everyone: never order from this pathetic...

I would just like to tell you about my experience, I wanted to have a Stuffed Garlic Bread from Dominos and hence I placed my order, but the quality of the bread I received was pathetic, the bread wasn't baked nicely it was a uncooked, coming on to the stuffing was it just for the sake of formality means they people cooking it didn't even think once, the complete stuffing was stacked at just one place on the bread slice, the cheese and corn really tasted weird, coming on to the Jalapeno it tasted really bad, means I have no words to describe my experience from this branch. I have been eating Garlic Bread from a variety of branches/cities this wasnt not even upto the avg mark.

And on top of that neither was I able to even give a feedback through the app nor this branch is listed anywhere on the domains official website so there was no branch phone number to even contact for the help support, look into...
