I had an average experience at the Express Way Court Food Plaza. Unfortunately, the washrooms were extremely dirty, despite having dedicated staff. Both the men's and women's washrooms were in poor condition. The food court itself was decent, neither exceptional nor terrible. The food quality was good, but the prices were a bit high. I was particularly disappointed to find that a water bottle priced at 20 rupees was being sold for 50 rupees. It was surprising to see that the food plaza, which attracted many tourists, did not maintain their facilities properly, especially the washrooms. For non-vegetarian eaters, I would recommend trying the chicken burger and strips at the food plaza. I apologize for not remembering the specific store name, but it is the only one there, so it should be easy to identify. For vegetarian eaters, the food at Masala Gali is worth a try, although it may not be the best...

Possibly one of the worst maintained wayside amenities and food court on an expressway I have been to recently.

There are Dhabas/ Shacks on Delhi - Amritsar (GT Road) that will put this “expressway food court” to shame. The food court staff is generally unkempt and unfriendly (as if they don’t want to work there), most outlets don’t have a all the items on the menu available and the housekeeping is the icing on the cake, the table are dirty and you have to ask them to clean the table you want to sit at (and then you are made to feel awkward as if you have asked for the moon)

By the way, did I tell you that the AC is not kept on all the time.

Unfortunately, this being a “controlled access expressway” there are no other options to stop and eat at.

I am sure it will get better with time, but for...

The food court plaza is divided into 3 part, Restaurant at ground floor having entry from backside is 24 hrs open and serves almost all kind of veg food. the fodd quality is ok and having good taste. If are going for Paratha, the size of parathas are quite big :-D

Food Court at first floor, they have multiple outlets their which serve veg as well as non veg food, even though they have coffee outlet like barista. The washroom at first floor is mostly clean. The timing of the food court is 6am to 11pm

Motel, I never taken a stay there but did enquired once and the room prices are quite high. I think the room should be available on more pocket friendly price with a option for 6 hr/12 hr booking as people will stop there only for...

Terrible place. Although the price which they are charging is very high yet, in terms of services and hygiene, in one word - it is simply pathetic. Washrooms are very unhygienic. Don’t know what is prevailing condition in thier kitchen since I didn’t have access to that area. The expressway is pride of the state. Government must reign in to ensure that not only hygiene related issues are taken care of but also quality and price are regulated as per industry norms. Some pics showing pathetic condition is annexed herewith.
