Ginger Restaurant (Hotel Satyam Inn) — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

It used to be a good restaurant, but i guess there is a change in management now a days. I would never recommend it to anybody. We went for b'day celebration, and whole thing is ruined because of the what we experienced. So I would share my experience. We ordered pizza, sehjwan fried chowmin and manchurian and some more main course. Pizza was okay, but manchurian was total waste, they served stale, atleast it was 2 days old, a stinking smell was there in manchurian on top of that they added extra ginger to hide the stinking smell, even manchurian balls were stale. After complain they admited it as they are already aware of it. Gave a apology and agreed to replace with paneer chilli, They served paneer chilli once we almost finished which is of use, again that too paneer was burnt, it was also utter waste .

Visited the restaurant and hotel during our visit for Maha Kumbh 2025. The hotel is decent to stay with family. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and 3 kids. The staff is very generous and greeted, comforting us with all the facilities in the hotel. We had the opportunity to taste the restaurant menu as well for dinner, but the food was a bit below our expectations. The ambience and hygiene was well maintained but the taste of food was not upto the mark (margin to improve a lot). We ordered basic regular meal containing Dal Makhani, panner and Rotis. But the chef made the food salty and was not able do the error correction. The staff provided additional facilities of guidance car wash service, help with booking cab (wherein the owner himself called the cab driver and negotiated on our behalf).

I had a very disappointing experience at Ginger Restaurant in Hotel Stayam Inn, Pratapgarh. • Staff Behavior: The front desk in charge, a lady named Anu, was continuously on her mobile phone, speaking loudly, and completely ignoring us. Even when we requested something, she didn’t bother to end her call. It was extremely unprofessional and irritating. • Service: The service was very slow. We ordered grilled sandwiches, toast, and tea, but it took 20-25 minutes to arrive despite repeated requests. • Food Quality: After the long wait, the food was very average and did not meet expectations.

Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The poor service and lack of professionalism completely ruined the dining...
