HOTEL ANNAPURNA & ANNAPURNA BHOJNALAY — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

My experience at Hotel Annapurna, Chitrakoot, was a mix of positives and significant disappointments. While the rooms I initially stayed in were wonderful, spacious, and well-maintained, the overall experience was marred by poor management and unfriendly staff behavior.

The food served at the hotel was commendable, with decent taste and quality, adding a touch of satisfaction to my stay. However, the staff, including the receptionist, displayed a lack of professionalism and hospitality. Their sole focus appeared to be on maximizing profits, with little regard for guest comfort or promises made.

The major issue began when I was promised a room for three days at the time of booking. However, on the second day, when I was out visiting Sati Anusuya, the hotel staff cleared my belongings from the room without prior notice and informed me that the room would no longer be available. This unexpected eviction left me shocked and disappointed.

The staff shifted me to another property, approximately 1.5 km away in an outer area, claiming the room would be of similar quality. Unfortunately, the new room was a stark contrast to my earlier accommodation. It was in terrible condition, with a foul smell, moisture-laden walls, unclean floors, a torn bedsheet, and smelly pillows. The lack of basic cleanliness and comfort made my stay highly uncomfortable.

Overall, while Hotel Annapurna initially seemed promising with its good rooms and food, the unprofessional behavior of the staff and the mishandling of my stay left me deeply dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for those seeking reliable service and a hassle-free stay. If you do choose to stay here, be cautious about any verbal assurances and confirm all commitments in writing to avoid such...

Although the restaurant and the owner was good ...but his staff was terrible..... Food was not in good condition probably 10 hours old maybe yesterday's behaviour of staff and service was bad and very late food wasn't edible...it made me sick later...i wouldn't recommend it ...Not a chance..maybe if owner changes his staff then maybe..... don't try to be smart ...here is the photo that i took at that time....panner was baasi so was dahi gave a very bitter and awful taste...i could eat only lauki sabzi which was okay...as for rotis that you gave me that green rotis were baasi too....you think i am some fool.... Don't try to be smart...if you can't serve food then try some other business....shame on you to keep name of MATA Annpurna and give this service....come to our north india j&k himachal punjab uttrakhand...we provide free langar at every 50 meters at every dharam sthan and you can't even provide good food when you you are paid money...you thank god that i gave you money and...
