KFC — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I ordered a 5 crispy leg peice & Cold drink 3 time I ordered same but every time I face problem. First time I ordered they didn't send ketchup & food was nt packed properly dip was nt properly packed & it mix with the chicken till the time I got ketchup chicken become Cold & Soggy then same day I ordered same order this time same problem I got my order very late & time time they didn't send the cold drink & chicken was nt crispy & it was cold & delivery was very late. Then 3rd time I ordered same order this time it took almost 1hr to deliver the order & my home is nt too far from KFC it only 2-3 km from my home by it took 1 hr to deliver & till the time Chicken become Cold & Soggy & Specially the person who is co ordinating with me Arjun Poddar he said that I m the Manager of the restaurant by he doesn't know about anything wt food is delivered is the order is correct or nt he even didn't check the order & the person who is dilevering the food they don't know anything about Gorakhpur about any address. I am a KFC Lover by this type of Food & service very Pathetic very much disappointed with this KFC they are spoiling the name of Restaurant & KFC also Owner should look up to this or any responsible person should be there. Guys plz check...

I have ordered an ultimate saving bucket today. Order No. 13991. It was the worst preparation I ever had. Order was less of pieces and small low quality pieces were given.pure wastage of money. The order was not served as per the offer and was not having dips and mayonnaise as shown in the offer. In the last week I have visited this place and tried to redeem my gift voucher and the person who wears the spectacle fooled me saying your voucher is not getting redeemed where as applying of voucher was visible to me. When I brought it to his notice he still insisted that there is a problem. He thinks he is extra smart but he is not. Thank god this time I could redeem my gift voucher... This is the attitude and approach of the staff. Moreover for a takeaway order they are giving the cool drinks in glasses... When I told them to issue the Can... One of the staff told me to drink three glasses of cool drink there...

Earlier it was good..but now everything in the store is going down..as in..tasteless classic zinger (they ask whether i want single cheese or double cheese burger but when my son started eating there were no cheese slice n they charge for it)burger rice bowl..plus the behavior of the staff.. If you want to take away the meal then they forcefully want u to purchse the paper bag..but they will not provide u the brown envelope which are meant for the customers to carry food..n the way the staff talk was very rude(that stupid person put the rice bowls n a zinger meal on the tray n said Ma'am le jaiye..i said but its a take away order then he said arey Ma'am aapne paper bag to lia nai hai toh apko hath me hi order dunga na..) restaurants also provide the parcels but no one asks to purchase...
