La Chakhna — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I recently visited this Korean restaurant, intrigued by their unique menu. The staff was polite, and I tried their Mango Boba drink and Tteokbokki Japchae, both recommended as specialties. The drink was refreshing, but the Japchae had a peculiar smell, which might be typical as it was my first time trying it.

While the menu offers interesting dishes, the presentation was ordinary, and the ambience lacked vibrancy. I also found it slightly overpriced for the overall experience. Unfortunately, Zomato Gold dine-in wasn’t accepted, so I had to cancel my reservation.

Overall, I’m undecided about returning, as the menu has potential, but the ambience, presentation, and taste need improvement.

Pros : 1- Delicious dishes. 2- If you are spicy food lover - must visit place ! 3- Never been to Korea but eating the food here somehow makes you feel that you are actually enjoying the Korean dishes.

Cons : 1- Price Huh !! - Too over priced man. Go with lots of money in the pocket (trust me).Please bring down the prices in the menu. 2- The ice cream which was served was not tasting good, dont know may be its not all milk based.Whatsoever be the reason please upgrade the brand of the ice cream. 3- Go by the map as the location is a bit tricky.Try to go in a smaller car if you have a choice. 4- Please dont charge the service charge as now it is not mandatory but on to the wish of the customer.So leave it on them that will make people more happy.

A lawn of the house which these guys have converted beautifully into a lovely cafe.Kudos to all the efforts. All together its a great idea and of great convenience to start the venture at your home only but in near future hoping to see you guys shifting towards...

Absolutely disgusting! I ordered over Zomato and my order consisted of japchae with tteok, cheese corndog, and a summer cooler boba tea and everything was disgusting. There were no noodles in the japchae and whatever was there was broken down into one-inch pieces and boiled down to a mush. One of the five tteoks were raw inside. The daikon banchan was rotten and gave a fowl smell. They also gave mustard, mayonnaise and pickled ginger for the banchan or should I call them condiments because they were not banchans as such. The batter of the corndog was sour and fermented, smelled like super yeasty flour-batter gone bad. The summer cooler was Mountain Dew with popping boba and dried buttery pea flowers thrown in on top of the like which gave no the color because it was not steeped and looked like dead flies. They should’ve used gochujang for the base of the noodle-tteok dish but they did not. I mean if they want to serve Korean food, at least try a little! This was so, so disappointing.
