Lord of the Drinks or LOTD, as some people refer to it, stands up to its name. The place provides a good ambience paired with great food. We went for a birthday treat and it was worth spending the bucks here. The entire table loved the food and the drinks. The best was served chilled, at just the perfect level of chilled! The other drinks were also served with great craftsmanship as well. Talking about the food, it was simply great! The options might not be plenty for some people browsing through the menu, but are definitely enough for someone like me who gets confused with lots of options. With that said, it helps the service to be top notch as well. The servers are easy to spot and help with your asks quickly. The only challenge, rather a downside, that I felt was that the music in the patio seating was a bit too loud and for someone who wants a little quiet, it might've been a slightly uncomfortable spot. I recently visited this restaurant on a Friday and was disappointed with my experience. Despite the restaurant advertising a 20% discount on the total bill, I was not offered this discount and only found out about it after I asked. The staff's response was that I did not ask for the discount, which I found to be unprofessional and misleading. As a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and for discounts to be honored without having to specifically request them.
