I recently had the pleasure of trying Mashi Biryani and I must say it was an amazing experience. The restaurant is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very cozy atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The biryani itself was delicious. It was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spices and flavors. The meat was tender and juicy, and the rice was fluffy and aromatic. The portion size was generous and it was served hot which made it even more enjoyable.

The restaurant also offers a variety of other dishes which are equally delicious. I would highly recommend trying their kebabs which were also amazing.

Poor experience... Tasteless food and owner does not take accountability.

I ordered takeaway 1 full and 1 half Hydrabadi Dum Biryani at this place as Other biryanis were not available at 09:00 PM on 5th May.

It was supposed to be a bit masaledar biryani. I had to wait for over 20 minutes as he said that the biryani was being layered.

After reaching home, when I unpacked the Biryani, it was all white rice with some chicken. The rice tasted dry. I called up the guy and informed him of the same. I even sent him the snapshot of the Biryani on WhatsApp. He said Masala would be in the end and I informed him that we had emptied the packet and there was no masala rice. I even asked to join a video call. It was 10:05 PM at night and asked that I can collect the masala rice as a compensation WITH NO CHICKEN the next day. An aweful Dinner.

Shame on you Mashi. You delivered poor service and the customer had to suffer and you say that 'Chicken piece count ho ke aata hai iss liye compensation mein nahi de aakte'.
