I recently visited the McDonald’s at Mars Resort, and while the experience had its positives, there were a few areas that could use improvement.
Starting with the good: the location offers a true McDonald’s experience with a variety of meal options, fast food favorites, and the convenience of table service and self-ordering screens. The environment is family-friendly, well-lit during the evening, and has ample parking for all types of vehicles. The drive-thru is a great feature, though it’s often crowded due to high demand. Despite this, the food consistently tastes good, and the staff members are friendly overall.
However, I noticed that the ice cream machine frequently malfunctions, which can lead to long waits during peak hours. On one occasion, I waited 45 minutes just for an ice cream. Adding an additional machine could really help speed up service, especially when it's busy.
During my visit, I also experienced some disappointing customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. When I had questions about the menu, the cashier was somewhat rude and dismissive, offering minimal assistance. My order was initially incorrect, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the staff appeared annoyed, which made the experience less enjoyable and led me to leave without my meal. This was surprising, as I’ve generally had positive experiences at other McDonald’s outlets.
I hope the management considers enhancing staff training to ensure friendly, helpful customer service across the board. With a few improvements, this location could truly offer a great dining experience...
Read moreThis outlet is seriously spoiling mcdonald repo ... The staff need training and understanding about purpose and the objective of drive through .. at the same time mcdonald should also choose operators and staff not just basis of finances and location but also if they are able to live up the expectations of a set standard.. issues 1- I am a frequent traveller and experienced on multiple occasion that ordering and payment is not smooth mostly it happens because of customer unawareness however for this outlet it is reverse and gives a feeling that staff is being trained on iob only 2-often there is a queue bulit up for practically unknown or no reasons .. delivery got late and even at delivery counter they take time to realize what is order .. 3- cherry on top manager upon asking why they wasting so much time is simply arrogant and fully convinced no action will be taken by anyone as mcdonald enjoys a brand value
mcdonald is surviving coz of repo it earned for years but lack of innovation and poor staff skills ( which was thier main selling point- fresh faces with smile and always up for quality and service is missing)may take another brand to a dip .. they should do random check being a client in rush hours to check real picture...
Read moreI will not say anything to that much fair as wherever you have a McDonald's people are tend to choose it over other fast food restaurant chain. I've been a McDonald's loyal for years, but this time I found that the quality and the taste of the food was a little different. When you go to McDonald's, one thing you would expect is to ensure that the patty is cooked to its perfection. The way it is cooked at other places and the sources are absolutely authentic. What McDonald's is known for? However, this time I found my paneer wrap testing a little bit different. We chose to dine in and while eating my wife realized that the drink is a bit too much for her and she would like to take it to the car. However, upon requesting for a lead which should not be a bigger problem, the guy at the delivery station refused. He said that the lids are only for takeaways, not for dining in. I can understand for the cost control and ask for the policy. You can have that difference but upon requesting it should have been given. So that's the reason I am rating service a little bit low. Atmosphere is amazing. It was full of people I could see. There were many people celebrating the republic day. All the electronic kiosk...
