Meera's Bistro 2.0 — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Visited with family on kid’s birthday and also visited previously with friends family for reunion Ambience: Very good ambience , do look out for my uploaded pics, staff was mostly in uniform which was neat, seating was comfortable and air conditioning was appropriate for the weather, overall satisfied with this aspect. Parking: ample parking outside premises next to Haridwar highway , limited parking inside Amenities: electric vehicle charging stations were available 4 in number. Toilets were clean but odour remover can be installed like many other dhabas have done in vicinity Food: quantity and quality both were adequate, staff though did not know of specials and forgot to mention the spicy nature of recommendations which at the very end disturbed the pleasant experience we were having with rest of the dishes Service: Staff seems chatty among them selves and kept forgetting our requests for water, and other accompaniments for which we were paying though. We ordered everything in advance however they messed up the experience by bringing one of the main course item too late and too spicy that it made our experience and hence review 3 out of 5 star. Pricing: for a party of 5 you may end up paying around 3k which brings average to 600 inr per person. They levy 10% service charge but don’t claim it upfront so you are surprised at the end and end up paying it even after the detrimental experience in service at a fine dining restaurant.

So after two visits I am pretty sure that there are better dhabas on the road where you may get equally competent food, attentive staff and perhaps...

Beautiful Ambience and delicious food.. We went to this place for family dinner. It is beautifully decorated and well maintained. From entrance to seating they have decorated it so beautifully that you would like to click picture everywhere. They also have dedicated photobooth inisde. Most importantly they serve delicious food. They have open area seating as well private room for special occasion. If anyone want to arrange private party for 4-5 people they can decorate the room and serve meals.

We had only vegetarian food. We ordered three starters and three main course dishes. All of them were damn delicious. We liked it so much. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent restaurant We stopped here for launch after visiting Haridwar.

We started with Fried Papad with Mint Chutney.

We ordered Butter Naan and Garlic Naan.

My daughter ordered Vegetable Manchuria, my mother in law ordered Daal, and I ordered Chana Masala.

The restrooms are very nice and clean. They even have western toilets with a bidet.

The music played here makes this place a nice place to be eating.

We were seated in a nice enclosure.

Food was fresh and hot. The flavors were amazing.

Everyone was dressed up for Christmas Day with their elven hats.

Parking fit our two luxury vans very easily.

Mostly the problems were with poor service.

No spoons were on the table. Had to ask many times, individually to stock in the spoon stand.

No water was served for the longest time - only Catch bottles worth 110 each were on the table. They were trying to upsell the expensive water bottles while trying their best not to reveal they'd be 110 each.

Steward was hesitant in getting regular water. Bottle sale goal wasn't reached, I guess. Had to ask (and we counted) 4 times to get water jugs.

Used cutlery and crockery wasn't being cleared in time after some of us were done eating. I get that 2 of us were still eating, but the remaining 7 were done and did ask the steward once to clear, which they didn't.

Do NOT order Pizza of any kind. Overexpensive, too small, barely any toppings.

Now to the good parts:

Mushroom dish was absolutely delicious, but do remember to make it extra spicy. We did that and it came out to be normal, but good. I reckon the regular, "non-spicy" version could be too bland for some people.

Paneer dish was okayish. Again, order extra spicy.

Dosa was good.

The Chocolate Paan served as mouth freshener after main course...
