MOTI MAHAL DELUX , FARRUKHABAD — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Very bad and impolite staff.. as aptly mentioned by number of other people.. Food is also bad.. it is just that there are no other places here to go out along with your family that’s y they r still surviving.. I wish a better place comes up soon here.. Forget about the legacy of original Moti Mahal experience. They have Dirty glasses, table mats and cutlery sets.. So I went to the restaurant and asked if I can sit at certain table and I sat along with my mum, husband and brother in law.. the waiter came and instead of asking for order they asked us to get up and sit at some other table with very dirty table mats giving the reason that this table is reserved. However, nobody came to this table till the restaurant closed as we were amongst the last few customers. Well this new table had really dirty table mats when pointed and requested to change, the waiter left to never return again.. n mind you we r frequent visitors to this place n leave tip every time we come here.. they still misbehave every single time.. n it was my birthday yesterday.. this incident spoiled all the fun too.. After pointing that the table mats are dirty n they should kindly change it or else shall I call from phone to reserve the table they told nothing.. and left for never returning to our table.. No greetings and courtesy in staff.. very unprofessional I have stayed n visited numerous places before in life but none had such bad service or staff. I really doubt there is any link between this restaurant and the original nothing Moti Mahal.. This is what is keeping farrukhabad still in backward city list. I never want to visit this place ever again and do not suggest anyone to visit. I wish this place...

Food quality was very bad. Avoid for non veg.

I visited Moti Mahal Deluxe with high hopes for a delicious meal, but unfortunately, the food quality was very bad. Almost everything that was served was undercooked, overcooked, or just plain bland.The Shef Mr Rajkumar Lambha is unprofessional and complains about bad quality of raw material.

The appetizers arrived cold and didn't seem fresh, while the main courses were all poorly executed. My steak was overcooked and tough, the vegetables were undercooked and flavorless, and the mashed potatoes were lumpy and tasteless.

To add insult to injury, the server seemed uninterested in our table and did not check on us throughout the meal. When we finally flagged them down to discuss the issues with our food, they didn't seem to care and made no attempt to rectify the situation.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Moti Mahal Deluxe, Farrukhabad. The poor quality of the food, coupled with the indifferent service, made for a subpar dining experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant based...

I recently visited Moti Mahal in Farrukhabad and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing due to a lack of basic amenities.

Firstly, the restaurant is located on a higher floor, but the lift was not working. This is a serious issue, especially for elderly people, children, or anyone with mobility challenges. Climbing high-riser stairs just to reach the dining area was exhausting and inconvenient.

Secondly, the overall infrastructure feels poorly maintained. For a place that charges premium prices, one would expect at least a working lift and easier access. The management seems to have overlooked the importance of guest comfort and accessibility.

While the food was average and the service decent, the lack of basic facilities overshadows everything else. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes...
