Review:

Sweets: I recently tried Gulab jamun, bought 5. All of them had hard core (Guthli) inside. PFA the photo proof. Now comes the next part:

Service: ...we went back to return it. They acknowledged their mistake but asked to take some other sweet in return. I said refund me the amount, to my surprise they didn't refund. I was told the amount will be adjusted next time I visit. I left the shop empty handed. Felt like being looted in plain sight, sigh!

Past experience: As regular customer we used to take Paneer/Samosa from them. Their service was pathetic. Used to deny heating up cold samosas. But this incident was too much to bear.

Will never visit...
