COLD KASHMIRI CHAAP# horrible experience

I went with my friend I placed a order of dal makhni ,Kashmiri chaap and breads. After some time they served dal makhni and bread which was fine ,server said your chaap will take some time I said it’s fine after 20 mins later they served chaap which was totally COLD same time I informed the manager who was sitting on the cash counter, and his response was yeh creamy ha isliye thandi ha next time kuch or order kar lena ..I was shocked if you knew your chaap is cold coz of cream u should have mentioned in menu this cold starters ...horrible experience...

Grillz is the only and only single awesome place in Moradabad to have good Chaap.

You will enjoy the food here. Quality of food is very good. Restaurant staff is very cooperative.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone who love to eat...
