New Kanchan Dhaba — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

No menu! None whatsoever about kinds of dishes served not even a pamphlet and the waiters in their local tone speedily tell u what is available. No chola rice or rajma rice types food. Only tandoori roti buttered or non buttered with options of dal or sabzi and tandoori paratha with tasteless potato sabzi. I ordered aaloo paratha in which aalo masala was rare and it was cooked more than required or maybe on high heat and aaloo sabzi as above. No achar no dahi nothing. Rs.60/- for it. Comparatively other dhabas on this highway between kanpur and etawah offer better taste at same price. And more options.

Only cash no card or paytm or any cashless modes. Place under repairs renovations for past one year or more.

New Kanchan Dhaba is conveniently located, making it an easy stop for travelers. However, the overall experience is below average. The food quality is disappointing, with only the dum aloo standing out as a good option. Other dishes lack flavor and freshness.

Service is also below average, with staff not being very attentive. While the ambiance is just okay, the quality of tables and chairs is quite poor, making the dining experience uncomfortable.

If the owner invests a little more in improving the food quality and upgrading the ambiance, this place could attract more customers and increase earnings. Right now, it’s only worth stopping by if you have no other option and want to try dum aloo. Hope to see improvements...

Good option for food supplements. "Rasgulla" of the Dhaba is famous in most part of the state. Here you can get all types of food . You can get दाल रोटी सब्जी and also can stay here in night because the dhaba has guard facility for the night stay. It is situated on NH19 nearly 2 km from Sikandra town towards west side from the main town. Nowadays it has been divided into two parts because of some operating reasons. It has a wide parking area facing NH19 at one side for all the vehicles like Buses , Trucks , SUVs. It also has guard for the safety of vehicles during night time. Food quality of the Dhaba is too good. Cleaning is also extraordinary at the place. Food surfing staff is also good and helpful...
