Nine to eleven — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

First of all I would say I always dine and have lunch mostly in hotels as I am away from home . Firstly when I reached there there were no greetings from the staff or the manager or owner,there are only 2 available persons for your info who are not actively engaged in customer service.They are only busy in online orders.If there are even customers only on one table they will serve you with your orders in nearly an hour .If you have started eating and even ordering again some rotis it would take minimum 15 minutes and you have to ask for it several times.If we got to another hotel we are firstly greeted then served with at least water at the very first before ordering anything but even there was no rush and the restaurant was vacant I didn't get any things right.The cutlery we are served was not clean and I would say the street food cutleries are more cleaner than this place . Speaking of the taste if you are ordering paneer items you will get cooked gravy without taste and the panner would be like put in raw and just mixed.if you are a pure veg person than don't mistaken it for that because it is touched and cooked at the same place and even might get served by the same handling the non veg serving.Even the manager or owner attitude seemed like he is offering the food for free and if asked questions or giving feedbacks on food or anything he will reply back with sarcasm.Its better to go any other place rather than arguing with the manager or owner.Never been through this worst experience and I had my evening ruined going there and the service and bad behaviour spoiled my mood. I have ordered chilly garlic noodles and they have added too much chilly into it which is not even tolerable for any human being and when I told him about the issue instead of understanding my point the owner started arguing that chilly garlic noodles contains only chilly in it if you can't tolerate then go order some normal noodles. I told him that I have ordered the same chilly garlic noodles many times from your restaurant but never complaint about it. It's the first time that I have to mention it because my mother started vomitting after eating the noodles because of too much chilly powder content in it. Great hospitality, owner is army retired and hence forth takes special care of every customer visiting at his dine-in quality has never been compromised quantity is adequate to fill a person's belly yet the place of dine-in is quite popular among college students and at times even ask for more, but staying on the platform never to ask the owner or the staff to make it extra spicy, cuz then it becomes too much to handle then, even though the owner takes care of your health And provides with complimentary desert to cool you down!!
