Worst experience. Food quality is ok but staff members aren't good. I ordered busket chat after finishing it I asked for bill because I had to pay online for that I had to go to the bill desk and pay so I thought I ll pay after 5 mins and I got busy chitchating with my friend in these 5 mins they came twice and asked if I had paid or not. I calmly said no sir not yet but I m going to pay then a waiter came and he picked the bill receipt and asked me in rude tone " Chaliye payment kariye " I was shocked how can someone talk to you in that tone even at road side eatry no one will talk to you in that tone

And if someone think I must be sitting there for a long time, I sat there hardly for an hour and it's not big time. And the bill was 137 rs only.

So anyone who is reading this review and want to go to the resturant I wish god give you enough strength to bear embarrassment.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Average Quality

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. I had ordered a white sauce pasta but did not received that and at 11.32 PM they refuse to serve pasta, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the bread that was supposed to accompany the meal was not provided on time and had to be asked for repeatedly.

The ambience was just average – nothing special or inviting – and the food quality was equally unimpressive. For the price they charge, I expected much better in terms of taste, presentation, and service.

This is a very good veg restaurant with lots of delicious food and sweets. We often visit here because their service is excellent and food quality is superb. The waiters are extremely well behaved and serve you food in less than 15 minutes. If you are looking for a restaurant who is best for spending time with your loved ones and family then this restaurant is a perfect choice. Its interior is very good compared to other restaurants. It gives you a royal feeling and the prices of food are normal so that you can eat as much as you want without much worry. When you had finished food they will also ask for feedback in paper so that any mistakes, if any, could be rectified and not repeated next time. I am truly delighted and happy with this restaurant.
