Rajwada Restaurant - Best Restaurant in Gonda — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Hi I am Pankaj and I am seriously disappointed with the service and management of the restaurant. They have a manager who doesn’t even know basic etiquette, what he is best in is to say sorry to the customer. I visited the restaurant on 1 jan , we seriously waited for 40 minutes for starters and another 45 more minutes for the main course to arrive and the best part is , even a dhaba served better than this restaurant. I really had very high expectations and they did not even left any page unturned to make me feel sorry for choosing this pathetic restaurant. To talk about food, it is seriously very difficult even to eat their signature dishes which includes panner and all dishes, they served me biryani , they don’t even know what is biryani , I ordered Hyderabadi biryani , they mixed spinach with rice and served with all green chillies they had and called it biryani I doubt that they are sourcing the food from some dhaba or something and serving with their name. I invite the management to talk to me wherein in am keeping my phone number open for all correspondences .

We have tried crispy corn, malai paneer tikka and hot and sour soup. Soup was watery and very average in flavour, while malai tikka and crispy corn both were served cold. After that we have ordered lime soda which was also not satisfactory. In main course we order rajwada special thali and again thali were served cold except laccha paratha and missi roti. Overall it was not a good experience....

The quality of food is very bad and the service of staff is also not expected this is first time I visit in this restaurant Rajwada and also this is my last time in my entire life I never visit again in this restaurant the quality of food is very cheap not taste in the food very bad quality I am very disappointed from this restaurant local dhaba food is more better than food in this...
