Rishi Sweets — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Hired this place on 16 Feb'22 for सगाई function of around 40-50 people. We have given them time of function starting at 11AM till 5PM. When we reached the place at 10AM it was dirty. We have to ask them to clean the hall.

The owners son Shanky is rude in behaviour. He lies a lot before booking. Their staff is equally rude in behaviour, similar to the owner.

Staff is very lazy. We have to ask 5-7 for everything we need.

Parking facility for car was told to me in front of shop. But we have to pay challan as there is no parking in front of shop.

We have to ask staff many times to fill up the food stalls. We have to check for food is there or not in the stalls.

We have snacks in our menu. Snacks were to be continued till the end of function. But snacks were not rotated by lazy staff. We asked them many times but owner Shanky & lazy staff is like "सर बस गरम गरम आने वाला है" and we were faced embarrassed in front of guests.

The most awkward moment came when the DJ stopped working. Initially it was not working properly but when guests gathered and we asked to play songs, the guy who was handling it says Internet plan for the day is over. I was sharing my data to play songs. Nothing embarrassing can happen to your function than this moment.

At the end lazy staff gathered for money but we didn't gave them any tip. The lazy staff don't deserve tip at all.

Not at all recommended & don't trust the owners words. Or else record the conversation while dealing.

Rishi Sweets has this fine dining experience at level -1 Perfect for family gatherings, the dine-in offers a wide range of delicacies in starters and main course.

Given the first visit, we ordered Spring Roll , Papdi Chaat, Masala Dosa and 2 Thalis (Deluxe and Executive).

Although I didn't like the Padi Chaat much but overall the food was nicely cooked and was full of taste.

The restaurant has a seperate parking space and is easily visible from the main road.

Not sure if they go for table...
