Roms Pizza — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I've been going to ROMs frequently since the day it opened in pilkhuwa. They were serving fresh food and the services were good as well but since past few weeks I've noticed they're always giving burgers with cold Patties. I've seen cooked Pattie lying on trays whole day and they just use those stale and cold patties in burgers heat them up and serve it.

I even told them once that "why are you giving cold patties you're supposed to fry them when ordered," they said " fresh denge sir ab se " but again they just heated the buns and Pattie was stale.

Pizza are freshly made but only the personal Pizza are good, the medium one's they make the base so thick with maida it's garbage going into our stomach. Plus they keep on hiking the price, so if they don't bring the food quality back soon The place is not going to last...

It used to be a best pizza brand once in Pilkhuwa but is now the worst one. They are charging full amount but the quality of pizza is worst ever. Not even comparable to the one sold on a cart. They don't use cheese anymore rather use worst quality mayoneese. The toppings used is also like amounts to 20-30 rupees on a 420 rs pizza.

The pizza arrived after almost 1.5 hours and it was not even hot. The delivery person was also not quite good mannered. A total...

Food quality is awesome but service is very poor because I ordered my pizza on Wednesday at 8:07 pm but i got pizza at 8:55 pm , I'm very disappoint from this work , only one worker is available for taking order & no one else is there, choco lava cake is not good i expect... Please work on workers' & please also add no. Machine to know about our order because there is no display board that we know what time we will get...
