In case you happen to reach Mathura, make an effort not to miss this person who sells the most delicious Indian cuisines and sweets at holigate for not just their tasty food, but in respect of the verbal intelligence that spectators are amused and pleased. The vendors tend to be very heartening to the crowd they serve and the general public, all customize for the funny and friendly service more than even the food on presentation.
This vendor is popular for some amazing kachoris and ghee jalebis. The kachori is a landmark entre, and one that is very much enjoyed. Be ready to spend some time standing and waiting because there will probably be a lot of people, especially on workdays and over the weekend when both local folks and visitors are wanting to buy stuff. It is suggested to take 1 hour while making plans for one’s visit in order to get kachoris.
The ghee jalebis are the standout treat. Fried in pure ghee (clarified butter), they offer a delightful crunch that is hard to find in regular jalebis. What makes these jalebis even better is their balance—they have just the right amount of sugar syrup, making them a little less sweet than traditional ones, but all the more enjoyable.
Overall, visiting this vendor is more than just a culinary experience—it's a taste of Mathura's vibrant street food culture wrapped in warmth, flavor, and a generous helping of witty...
Read moreIt is very popular on YouTube so i came here to try it.its located on vishram Ghat just a few steps from dwarkadhish mandir also very famous so anyone can guide you. So basically you can find it very easily. I have visited it on Monday whole bazar was closed but still i found this shop crowdy. And the thing i like is they sell live kachori i mean you can have garmagaram kachori always and their behaviour towards coustomer is also quite polite. The thing i don't like about the shop is that it is too small it doesn't have a dining area you have to eat by standing on the road while keeping yourself safe from crowds as well as cows.
Now i have tried kachori and khaman. Kachori was okay okay i didn't find it so special as people say on YouTube. Khaman was good. And they also sell jaleba(...
Read moreWe got to know this place from food vlogger on YouTube and we visited this shop. This is like a regular indian style normal shop in the street. The shop is located on the main road at the corner near by yamuna ghat anyone can give you its direction if you ask for its name Rupa kachori. Shop has no sitting area or any standing table so you just take your order and find the empty place around to eat which is quit uncomfortable but worth it
We have tried Kachori and Jhol first and i have to say that i have never tasted kachori like this the taste was out of this world. Second we tried Dhokla and jaleba ( big size jalebi) and as we took a bite of them we losted taste blew our mind. If you get the chance to go to Mathura my recommendation...
