Hello, Today we visited your restaurant and had a very unpleasant experience. We ordered dosa, but it was extremely oily, cold, and half-cooked, which made it impossible to eat. Because of the excess oil, our hands became messy, and overall the food quality was very poor. On top of that, the staff’s behavior, especially the chef’s, was quite rude and unprofessional. We left most of the food uneaten, yet we were still charged the full bill.

There were many other issues as well which are hard to explain in words, but overall it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. I must express my disappointment with the level of service we received. From the moment we entered the restaurant, it was clear that something was amiss. The waitstaff appeared disorganized, and there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness. It took an extended amount of time to be seated, and once we were, our orders were taken with a significant delay. I have ordered from swiggy just 2+2 paratha but they failed to deliver on time. The delivery boy said the restauant is not giving him the order and just say it takes time to make and i m waiting from 1.30 hrs. The owner also denies to talk on call and someone on call says i m looking into it and he also didnt call me back. Neither i got my food nor they allow me to canel my order.
