Royal Padma Family Dhaba, Banquet & Lawn — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I travel many times in a year from Greater Noida to Ballia by car and Lucknow is half way.. So normally I am in Lucknow at around lunch time if I start in the morning from my village or my home in Greater Noida.

This place is recently opened and most perfect place to have lunch without getting in Lucknow city or diverting from the route. This resturant has large AC sitting area.

And also cabins where a family of 6 or 8 can sit. But not suitable for summers as only fan is there.

The menu has many veg and non veg options. I visited couple of weeks back for the first time and ordered simple chicken dish which was prepared well. The cost and service is also good.

I had a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The premises were unclean, and the staff seemed completely untrained.

I ordered egg curry, but the staff confused me with an explanation about it being made in "veg gravy," which made no sense. Shortly after, they served me bottled water without asking, and when I declined, they claimed it was already billed—why was it billed without my consent?

Food was good, staff behavior was good, but they treat different to customers, they can't treat you as your comfort.. They treat you as there comfort.. Actually we were sitting outside in the lawn, there were a lot of mosquitoes, we talked to the staff to install a fan there, but the staff responded but for a long time no fan came there.. Then we went inside the hut for dinner. While returning, we saw another family having dinner at the same place and there they were installing another fan from inside.
