The first thing you notice is how beautiful everything looks. There are green gardens everywhere, colorful flowers, and such fresh air. It’s like being in a picture-perfect postcard!

The Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is the star of the place! It’s super clean and big enough for everyone to have fun. A part of me wants to give them 5 stars for their amazing food. It was really worth the inflated cost. Coming to why I would want to give them 0 stars also at the same time- No Wifi, No Television, Poor AC, Badly trained service staff, Dysfunctional cottage intercom, very delayed, inefficient and incomplete service seemingly owing to their own miscommunication and more. The first thing the service staff did was ask for a tip, before doing anything. In the afternoon, their resort's German Shepherd- Roosy, invaded our room and jumped on my father who is a clinical High Blood Pressure Patient and is NOT a dog lover. He fell ill after that. We had to get our room cleaned after the dog was controlled since it had destroyed plates and sheets and what not. The power cuts were very frequent. We asked for a badminton racket, as promised by them as part the 'complimentary outdoor activities' but they only gave it to us after dark and on reaching the make shift court we realised there was no light there. Roosy the German Shepherd was tied in the middle of the court so we couldn't have played altogether. The resort ran out of water at 12am, and we had to run here and there to find someone to start the motor, because, duh, The intercom was dysfunctional. There is little to no network in the area, and without wifi it was like a blackout for us from the world. It was a BAD experience. Compliments to the chef, the food was great and it could almost compensate it half way through. Well, other than the black coffees that we were served. They literally boiled instant coffee powder in the pot and brought it to us. The rest of the savouries were great. So, at last, I would just say one thing- buckle up Scorpio Club. I have been there many times in the past and never returned disappointed. I know these are tough times, so I would still say I would return again. But, this 2 star is necessary to help you...

I will share my experience of Scorpio club which was really awful and disgusting. We made a booking at their villa and when we arrived they told they were no booking made . There was lot of confusion and mis communication between staff .Better u get assure before visiting the place . We want peaceful and calm place they gave us villa which in front of event. We already told them but they lied to us. When we entred the room nothing was working in villa phone bathroom taps . Then we exchanged the room and they gave us some luxury type of room .There also nothing is working I have to personally go to them 3-4 Times to say this not working or this not working so on. Nobody cares about anything for you. Staff is busy in attending guest who came for marriage and there is nothing for other guest .If u visit them for marriage or other type of event they will happily assist u but if your single guest they hardly pay any attention to your need. Luxury room is just hoax never book one. No body will attend u whole day ur cutlery will as it is there as it was left. The only thing they did good was they arranged table and flower for us at club area which was good and appreciable apart from that bed sheet and room was awful and dirty. There is blood stain on bedsheet ( god knows wether it mosquito's blood or what ) but they were not that clean . We also complained about these things to the manager Mr.ahamd and Mr. Anant shrivastav .They assured us of refund but they never gave any refund. We also submitted our complain in written but nothing happened. Instead of going at this resort go to other top class hotel in lucknow u won't feel cheated and will be worth of ur money . There were only 2-3 staff who were cooperative and did there job well . Never ever visit this...
