Warning for worst food ever!!! I had lunch with my officemate in this location (I honestly would not dare to use word restaurant here). As said by restaurant staff all dishes are not available so we got few options to choose. We ordered for starter Harabhara kabab, spring rolls, dry chicken and chilli chicken. We just started with kabab which taste was good but cold from inside. Now it's turn of spring rolls that was terrible 😱 After that chilly chicken which was too much spicy might be i eat less spicy 😲 but chilly chicken was actually spicy. And about The dry chicken I already said a lot of about food now you can automatically understand how was dry chicken okay that was poor too dry chicken was smelly, without salty and not properly cooked. Now, again we does the same mistakes and ordered the food from main course. Name of food paneer lababdaar, garlic naan, and chicken biryani. Veg food was okey dokey 👍 but about biryani that was just boiled Rice and half Cooked chicken there was no taste like biryani. For more adding pictures with this article.

Our whole experience was bit ruined by some marriage function as the DJ was playing so loud adjacent to the restaurant and we could not enjoy a peaceful dinner at this restaurant. Well I would highly recommend the management of this hotel should keep the marriage function area seperate from the fine dining where people from outside come and want to spend nice and quality time with their family and friends. The food is overpriced and the quantity is very less. Due to the marriage function the restaurant was less staffed so the hospitality and service went for a toss. Literally only one single person was handling and serving the whole restaurant. This service and overall experience is not worth what you are paying to them. Food quality is good but the quantity is too less. The management of the hotel should do their homework and improve their service and overall customer experience.

So I had my pre wedding nuptials at this beautiful place! And I must say it is just a perfect place to hold your intimate functions as you can get the lawn space for throughout the day and on top of it all, you get to feed your folks (guests) best cuisine in town! Yes, it's literally the BEST!! A bunch of thanks to Mr. Rajesh ji (manager) at Trees and Treats, as I haven't certainly met such a humble & devoted person from a venue/cafe! He had personally looked over each and every necessity and requirements, for which we are extremely grateful! Every commitment was stood upon for their end. The staff and ambience of this place is something you can hardly find these days among those lavish places, but we're glad we held our most important functions here! Sharing a few pictures from gallery of how gorgeous it looked. Thank you, trees and treats🤍 Best wishes always✨

A Delightful Escape:

Trees and Treats in Greater Noida offers a refreshing dining experience that stands out for its beautiful setting and good food. Nestled in a prime location, it's the perfect spot for a relaxed meal away from the city's hustle, though a few improvements could elevate the experience to a truly exceptional one. Location and Ambiance (5/5) The most striking feature of Trees and Treats is its location. The restaurant is blessed with a very nice, scenic view that instantly puts you at ease. The outdoor seating, in particular, feels like a serene retreat, surrounded by lush greenery that justifies the restaurant's name. It's an ideal setting for a romantic dinner or a quiet family lunch, offering a peaceful and visually appealing backdrop that is a rare find in the region. The ambiance truly makes you feel like you've escaped to a tranquil haven, and it's this aspect that sets the restaurant apart from its competitors. Food Quality (4/5) The food at Trees and Treats is, for the most part, quite good. The menu offers a decent variety of dishes, and the quality of ingredients is evident in the taste. The flavors are well-balanced, and the presentation is appealing. We found several dishes to be particularly delicious, showcasing a good understanding of both classic and contemporary cuisines. While there might be some room for a few more signature items to truly make the menu memorable, the overall quality is commendable and ensures a satisfying culinary experience. Staff and Service (3.5/5) The staff at Trees and Treats are good—polite, well-mannered, and attentive. They are always ready to help and contribute positively to the dining experience. However, a noticeable drawback is the low staff strength. During peak hours, the limited number of personnel can lead to delayed service. While the staff themselves are doing their best, it's clear they are stretched thin. Adding more team members would significantly reduce waiting times and allow the existing staff to provide even more personalized and efficient service, making the overall experience much smoother. Areas for Improvement: A/C Availability (2/5) One critical area that needs immediate attention is the air conditioning. Considering the intense heat of the NCR region, the availability of A/C is a non-negotiable comfort. On our visit, the indoor seating felt inadequately cooled, and the lack of proper air conditioning can make a long meal quite uncomfortable, especially during the summer months. To truly capitalize on its beautiful indoor space and ensure guest comfort year-round, the management needs to significantly improve and maintain the A/C system. This is a crucial upgrade that would make the restaurant a viable and pleasant option no matter the weather. Final Verdict Trees and Treats is a hidden gem in Greater Noida, offering a wonderful location and good food. It's a great choice for those seeking a tranquil and scenic dining experience. While the staff are friendly, a higher staff count would improve service efficiency. Most importantly, a significant investment in a better air conditioning system is essential to make this restaurant a comfortable and truly enjoyable destination throughout the year. Despite these minor issues, it remains a worthwhile visit for its charming ambiance and...

Visited this restaurant after booking via Zomato (district) on 7th. We booked a table for 14 people (my guests)after checking reviews on Zomato. I even called the restaurant beforehand to confirm if they could handle our group size and whether the AC was working & they assured me everything was fine. However, upon arrival, we realised that while the AC was technically “on,” it was completely ineffective not just in one hall but across all three halls. In addition, they didn’t have enough staff. i.e only one person was attending to nearly 20+guests. I genuinely wonder why Zomato (district) lists restaurants without checking basic facilities. This happened when the weather was still pleasant comparatively, I can’t imagine what it would be like at 40°C.

To be fair, the lone staff member with lil help from his senior probably did his absolute best, but it’s simply impossible for one person to handle so many customers at once, so credit to him for the effort.but whoever is running this restaurant shud be ashamed of himself for this service.

As for the food most dishes were good, but the breads were undercooked, likely because they were rushing.

I expect Zomato (district) to verify basic facilities before adding restaurants to their list, or at least clearly mention that customers should personally check these things and that Zomato has no responsibility in this regard. bcz when we book a table we hav a schedule we can't start checking restuarants one after another. ill request people not to fall in trap with the fake...

Below are parameters on which a food joint to is be rated. I am giving rating and my review on based of my personal visit to the restaurant on 31st August 2019.

Ambience - 4 Stars (Only good for winter season, horrible place to go during summer humid months Food Quality - 4 Stars (good ingredients used, hence quality is good) Food Quantity - 0 Stars (For the money they charge, quantity is very less) Food Taste - 3 Stars (Taste is ok) Price - 0 Stars (Super high priced for the service and quantity) Service Time - Minus -5 Stars (We were 7 people total dining time spent was 2.5 hours from the time order was placed and bill was paid, in this duration they were able to serve us only 10 rotis. You can imagine how horribly slow their service is. Staff Behavior / Strength - Minus 10 Stars (One keeps on calling them for order, but they are so busy attending other tables that they don't bother to answer you.

Why I am writing this review now not then, because I was so angry on them that they ruined the first birthday party of my kid. I just wanted to take time to write the...
