A Delightful Escape:
Trees and Treats in Greater Noida offers a refreshing dining experience that stands out for its beautiful setting and good food. Nestled in a prime location, it's the perfect spot for a relaxed meal away from the city's hustle, though a few improvements could elevate the experience to a truly exceptional one. Location and Ambiance (5/5) The most striking feature of Trees and Treats is its location. The restaurant is blessed with a very nice, scenic view that instantly puts you at ease. The outdoor seating, in particular, feels like a serene retreat, surrounded by lush greenery that justifies the restaurant's name. It's an ideal setting for a romantic dinner or a quiet family lunch, offering a peaceful and visually appealing backdrop that is a rare find in the region. The ambiance truly makes you feel like you've escaped to a tranquil haven, and it's this aspect that sets the restaurant apart from its competitors. Food Quality (4/5) The food at Trees and Treats is, for the most part, quite good. The menu offers a decent variety of dishes, and the quality of ingredients is evident in the taste. The flavors are well-balanced, and the presentation is appealing. We found several dishes to be particularly delicious, showcasing a good understanding of both classic and contemporary cuisines. While there might be some room for a few more signature items to truly make the menu memorable, the overall quality is commendable and ensures a satisfying culinary experience. Staff and Service (3.5/5) The staff at Trees and Treats are goodâpolite, well-mannered, and attentive. They are always ready to help and contribute positively to the dining experience. However, a noticeable drawback is the low staff strength. During peak hours, the limited number of personnel can lead to delayed service. While the staff themselves are doing their best, it's clear they are stretched thin. Adding more team members would significantly reduce waiting times and allow the existing staff to provide even more personalized and efficient service, making the overall experience much smoother. Areas for Improvement: A/C Availability (2/5) One critical area that needs immediate attention is the air conditioning. Considering the intense heat of the NCR region, the availability of A/C is a non-negotiable comfort. On our visit, the indoor seating felt inadequately cooled, and the lack of proper air conditioning can make a long meal quite uncomfortable, especially during the summer months. To truly capitalize on its beautiful indoor space and ensure guest comfort year-round, the management needs to significantly improve and maintain the A/C system. This is a crucial upgrade that would make the restaurant a viable and pleasant option no matter the weather. Final Verdict Trees and Treats is a hidden gem in Greater Noida, offering a wonderful location and good food. It's a great choice for those seeking a tranquil and scenic dining experience. While the staff are friendly, a higher staff count would improve service efficiency. Most importantly, a significant investment in a better air conditioning system is essential to make this restaurant a comfortable and truly enjoyable destination throughout the year. Despite these minor issues, it remains a worthwhile visit for its charming ambiance and...
Read moreVisited this restaurant after booking via Zomato (district) on 7th. We booked a table for 14 people (my guests)after checking reviews on Zomato. I even called the restaurant beforehand to confirm if they could handle our group size and whether the AC was working & they assured me everything was fine. However, upon arrival, we realised that while the AC was technically âon,â it was completely ineffective not just in one hall but across all three halls. In addition, they didnât have enough staff. i.e only one person was attending to nearly 20+guests. I genuinely wonder why Zomato (district) lists restaurants without checking basic facilities. This happened when the weather was still pleasant comparatively, I canât imagine what it would be like at 40°C.
To be fair, the lone staff member with lil help from his senior probably did his absolute best, but itâs simply impossible for one person to handle so many customers at once, so credit to him for the effort.but whoever is running this restaurant shud be ashamed of himself for this service.
As for the food most dishes were good, but the breads were undercooked, likely because they were rushing.
I expect Zomato (district) to verify basic facilities before adding restaurants to their list, or at least clearly mention that customers should personally check these things and that Zomato has no responsibility in this regard. bcz when we book a table we hav a schedule we can't start checking restuarants one after another. ill request people not to fall in trap with the fake...
