Temptation Restaurant & Addiction Bar — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I recently visited this store, and I have to say, the quality is disappointing considering the high prices compared to other temptation stores. I bought black raspberry and it was absolutely tasteless—definitely not fresh. I also tried the ras malai, and it was a terrible experience. The milk tasted off, like stale, burnt milk, and the ras malai left a burning sensation in my mouth and felt vomit type of feeling after eating it. When I went back to exchange it, they simply transferred the leftover pieces into a new container and claimed it as an exchange. It felt like they thought we wouldn't notice. Once i arrived home I tasted it and throw it outside.. enough to fall sick..

One piece of advice: Be true to your customers and don't sell expired products. Even the ras malai in the container was a complete letdown—there wasn't a single strand of kesar, only color is added to get look. The aroma was also off, which made the whole experience worse. I've never faced such poor quality at any store before.

I am hoping they won't improve their standards as how their staff behave once someone claim they hv received expired or defective product. Wouldn't recommend...

I wish I could give minus ratings. The bakery which they call “premium” and charges double for the cakes is really a waste bakery. I purchased rainbow cake and it was such waste of money. They gave 3-4 days old cake and the cream was sour. The breads were rotten. I recommend never purchasing any kind of bakery item from them. Atleast from the new shop they had opened near bindals. Never expected such bad product...
