Terrace Bistro — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I loved the restaurant. I had a visit to Saharnpur yesterday and there I went out to spend some time outside. In the way, I come up with this restaurant. I thought to have meal there. Me and my family sat out there to have good meal. But what I saw the menu, what a menu they offer. I loved each and every item of the restaurant. Mainly, in each and every restaurants I tried to have a drink and I too get drink here. Cool place and had a lot to eat there in the restaurant. Come and enjoy here. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. First off, the service was awful—staff were slow, disinterested, and seemed completely untrained. It took forever for anyone to acknowledge us, and even longer for our food to arrive. When it did, it was a complete disaster. The food was bland, undercooked, and honestly, inedible. To top it all off, the plates were chipped and cracked, which made the whole meal feel even more unappetizing. I can’t believe I wasted my time and money here. This trip of mine started with a good note beacuse of the reach, location and the overall looks of the Restaurant.... But things went south from there on....

The food is alright but not too tasty. No tissues served unless we asked them to provide. No water is served without us calling them. Restaurant is croudy and they are not ready to cater that many customers. No mouth freshers was served alongwith bill, but when we asked then they provide.

I might visit this joint one more time just so that it might improve the taste, experience...
