The Terai Fine Food Restaurant : is Located on Dallas Center Road, in Raidurgam area. We have visited this restaurant several times, since we live across the Terai at Bhooja Complex. When we enter, the first thing they give is " Drinks " menu. They give only one copy of menu for about group of six people. When we ask the to decrease the sound of music the manager rudely says it Cant be decreased anymore! The waiters dont even know how to take orders, since they have handed over only one Menu. The Menu is NOT clearly writter since they have used several understandable words. The waiter doesn't even repeat the Order. He even missed couple of things in our Order and we had to wait. They take long time to prepare the food but the ambience is good ! Regarding the Food Quality, Its NOT much better than any other very cheap " street side Vendor " in Hyderabad. The waitors dont even know how to speak or how to serve the food. But, they are very Polite people. They use a Young female as the security at the Entrance. Please note, they also add about 10% Service charge without even informing the customers!.Please get that thing removed. Bhooja residents also must receive 10% discount, but Unless we ask they don't give you ! Overall, this restaurant is of Low food quality, more hype kind of restaurant with very High Price for what they give ! They are not of typical Professional south Indian Type of...
Read moreAmbience : 4 (there is indoor seating with AC and outdoor seating overlooking the city. Good spot for a cloudy evening. Lighting is good for ambient evening)
Music : 3 (could be better but preferance matters, although acoustics are good.)
Women : A decent place for women to chill out by themselves as well since the place provides for indoor and outdoor option, you can casually sit in a corner or in the centre whatever your comfort zone allows you. Although I visited with a big group so my experience might be a bit clouded by that.
Food : Sub par. I don't talk about food unless it's really bad or really good. So if I ever give a restaurant a bad food review please consider it not worth gulping. Or if I give a restaurant a good food review, similarly consider it worth your entire wallet.
Location : Place is towards the corner of the city, consider getting your own vehicle if you're not planning on to drink or start looking for a cab easily half an hour in advance from when you have to leave.
Attire : it's a pretty casual place to chill. Students to young adults and families come around, no dress code whatsoever.
Cleanliness : They could take a better look at what they are serving, found two small bugs in my ice and glass twice.
I am out of criterias to rate the restaurants on, let me know if someone would want any additional information.
Overall experience was decent. I...

The ambiance is beautifully designed with a touch of nature—green plants, wooden décor, and cozy lighting, giving it a peaceful yet classy vibe. It’s a great place for family dinners, dates, and casual get-togethers.
The menu is multi-cuisine, with a strong focus on North Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes. Their specialty platters, Tandoori starters, and Pasta varieties are highly recommended. The food quality is excellent, with rich flavors and great presentation.
The service is polite and attentive, but during peak hours, there might be a little waiting time for both seating and food service. Pricing is mid-to-premium, but it’s justified considering the ambiance and food quality.
