Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Uncooperative Staff

We stopped at this restaurant for breakfast during our journey, unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The food was average at best, but the real issue arose when we realized that we had lost our phone while leaving the premises.

We immediately requested assistance from the staff and asked them to check the CCTV footage. However, we were told that the camera operator was unavailable for the next 2-3 hours. Despite requesting them to grant us access or let someone check the footage sooner, they refused to cooperate.

Left with no choice, we called 112 for police support, which took another 1 hour and 30 minutes. When the camera operator finally arrived, we were surprised to learn that he was actually the back-office manager. He informed us that he had only been called an hour ago, contradicting what the staff initially claimed.

After checking the footage, we found that the camera angles were poorly placed and did not cover the area where we believe we lost the phone. The staff’s attitude throughout was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, raising concerns about whether the phone was misplaced or possibly taken by someone at the restaurant.

Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of cooperation and the indifferent attitude of the staff made matters worse. We would strongly advise against visiting this place, as both the food and the service were below...

I recently visited your restaurant and was impressed by the excellent food quality. However, I am compelled to address a serious issue regarding your staff’s behavior, which was utterly unacceptable.

The staff was rude in their communication and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Their way of speaking was discourteous, and they treated customers as if they were doing us a favor by serving food. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also detrimental to the reputation of your establishment.

I strongly urge you to address this issue immediately, as no amount of good food can compensate for the poor treatment of customers. I hope you take strict action to ensure this behavior is not repeated in the future.

I'll try to define this place on 3 main and important basis looks, ambiance and food.

1- At first when you enter the place it feels really awesome you will definitely like the looks and interior design of the location quite good spacious neat and clean for family on road trip can definitely visit. Only one thing i didn't like here is wooden flooring whenever any person passes near your table you will feel like a earthquake is coming literally this was the most frustrating thing. 2- For ambiance quite nice slow music over all not so disturbing if you are going for long rides you can definitely relex in here fir some time. 3- Last but most important food we didn't ordered much some pakoras, tea and parantha everything was fine can't say exceptional but better then most of the places you will find on the way to haridwar.
