Up63 Cafe — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I had high expectations based on other reviews, but my experience was a big 😡 letdown. When my food arrived, I discovered a hair in it, which was obviously quite unpleasant.😡 While I know accidents can happen, finding hair in food suggests a lack of basic hygiene in the kitchen😡. I was hoping the staff would handle it well, but they were surprisingly indifferent when I pointed it out. Instead of a sincere apology or any attempt to fix it, they just seemed dismissive.🤮😡

It’s a shame because the ambiance is cozy, and the menu looked promising,😡🤢 but hygiene and customer service are just as important as taste. 🤮This experience really made me lose my appetite and question the cleanliness standards here. I won’t be😡 coming back, and I’d hesitate to recommend it to others until they improve these basic standards.🤢🤮

The best and my fav. Place in Mirzapur kuch bhi nanga lo sab best service best aur hamre owner pranjjal bhaiya bhi sabse best .I went there lots of time so the 5 star I give because of these reasons. To bhai jaoo khao aur majee loo ek weak point hai iss jagh ki I think they will soon improve it the cafeteria is very small that's why we can't enjoy a big parties but I think they will do...

Overall food quality is good but staff behaviour is very rude and also bad service here.....People who have a high spiritual intelligence don't just read words.They read moods,they read energy,they read vibe and body language.Their senses are supreme. They might not say much ,But they notice...
