My recent experience at "Vint Club" left me thoroughly impressed, as both the interior and exterior of the venue managed to capture my attention from the moment I arrived. RESOLUTION : VINT CLUB MUST ALLOW ZOMATO BOOKINGS TO PAY VIA ZOMATO ONLY AND ALLOW ONLY ONE BOOKING CHARGE SYSTEM

I wished to comment about the wonderful food, service and ambience. Almost everything was perfect until we came to pay the bill. So earlier when I booked our reservation in Vint Club via Zomato, I had to pay ₹75 as redeemable cover charges for my booking.

However, after a few hours, I received a call from Vint Club to pay ADDITIONAL BOOKING CHARGES to confirm our table of ₹500. They were previously asking for ₹1500, however after talking to them, they settled for ₹500 for the second booking charges.

After our dinner, we received the bill of ₹2043 and therefore, we clarified with the Manager about the earlier booking charges we paid and requested them to pay via Zomato only. However, the Manager didn't recommend us to pay the bill via Zomato as they weren't deducting the total amount of booking charges from the bill when paying while Zomato.

They asked us to pay separately due to the additional booking charges which we paid them earlier and they were not going to take their time to prepare the bill accordingly. They also provided the Zomato 10% offer too but this was again managed poorly.

In the end, I had to pay ₹1931 where the amount of ₹1856 is all received by the Vint Club and the amount of booking charges ₹75 to Zomato.

If I had paid the bill as per Zomato policy, then it would have been a bill of ₹1776. This was just not a loss to me but Zomato also as the Vint Club managed to sweep all the amount of the bill from me separately.

Therefore, I request Vint Club to fix their management of booking charges as well as payment policy for Zomato booking as this is a bad practice. I also kindly request Zomato to please look into such practices as this is going to cost...

I recently visited this amazing restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The menu offers a great variety, and everything we ordered was simply delicious. The noodles were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the pizza had a crispy base with generous toppings, and the pasta was rich and creamy — an absolute delight. We also tried the quesadillas, which were cheesy and loaded with tasty fillings.
