I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service we received during our recent anniversary party at your café. We were hopeful for a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, the service was quite poor. When we attempted to address our concerns with the manager(Mr lalit) , we encountered a dismissive attitude that only added to our frustration. This is not what we expected from a venue that we chose to celebrate a special occasion. First, I was surprised to see soup served in plastic disposal in a reputed establishment. This seemed unprofessional and not in line with the quality we anticipated. Additionally, the overall service was lacking; waitstaff seemed overwhelmed and often forgot to serve our guests. We received our orders in installments, which disrupted the flow of our meal. To make matters worse, some snacks were served on napkins instead of appropriate dishes, which I found quite disappointing. We had a total of 31 guests, yet we were charged for 36, which felt misleading. This experience not only affected our enjoyment but also left our guests feeling insulted. I truly hope you can address these issues, as they detracted from what should have been a joyful celebration.as it reflects areas that need improvement. I look forward to...

Read moreDon't go to this place with high expectations. You’ll end up getting average food at an unreasonably high price. The ambience is good, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The food, however, is just not worth it and feels like a waste of money.
They charged around ₹140–₹160 for a café latte, but it tasted like homemade coffee made from a sachet. We also tried fried rice and veg Manchurian – both were a huge disappointment, lacking taste and quality.
Honestly, I think all the positive reviews are fake because I visited this place after reading them and felt completely let down. Nothing personal, but this is a humble request to the owners – if you are charging such high prices, please provide food that matches the cost and value your customers' money🙏🙏
Lastly, DO NOT go to this place if you...
