I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experience I had at your Harrawala dehradun outlet. My encounter was marred by the following issues:
Employee Misbehavior:
One of your employees exhibited a shocking level of rudeness and unprofessionalism, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. Missing Item:
Additionally, my order was incomplete, with a crucial item missing. This not only led to inconvenience but also reflects a lapse in your service quality.
Harassment:
To my dismay, I experienced a distressing incident of harassment during my visit. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and has left me deeply disturbed. This overall experience has shaken my confidence in the standards upheld by Domino's. I implore you to investigate these matters urgently, take appropriate action against the employee involved, and implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received, and I hope that my feedback is taken seriously for the sake of your brand's reputation and the well-being of your customers.
Last month I went to one of the Dominoes outlet and had terrible experience. It's been more than a month to the feedback complaint including several follow up (more than 12 emails and phone calls) but there is no one hear the actual problem. Forget about taking actions or solving the issues, the only response I have received till now is “ Your concern is forwarded and guest care executive will call you ASAP”.
I wonder a brand like Dominoes that can deliver a pizza in 30 Mins are not able to respond to a feedback in 30 Days.
