Domino’s is a Nightmare – Fraudulent Practices and Horrible Staff
Yesterday (Wednesday), I visited Domino’s and ordered 2 regular pizzas for ₹596. What followed was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The lady at the billing counter had the audacity to take my phone to scan the payment scanner herself. After the payment was made, I inquired about something and told her to proceed with my previous order. But then she claimed I shouldn’t have paid using that scanner.
Without any proper explanation, she canceled one of the orders and generated a new bill. What’s worse? She NEVER informed me that I shouldn’t pay again. When I asked her about it, she casually shrugged it off, saying they didn’t receive the first payment. But my Google Pay clearly showed the payment was received by Domino’s!
When I demanded her resolve the issue, she refused to take any responsibility. I asked for the manager, and guess what? She claimed to be the manager herself—absolutely no accountability, no apology, and zero professionalism. She gave me the number of her senior, who initially said they’d "look into it" but never called back. Now they’re outright ignoring my calls.
This is the FOURTH time I’ve had a terrible experience with this Domino’s store. The staff is rude, the so-called "manager" is beyond pathetic, and their entire operation feels like a scam. They took DOUBLE payment from me, refused to return my money, and left me completely helpless.

This store used to be good earlier, but now the service is terrible. There is no timely delivery, and the staff is more interested in taking customers’ phones to rate themselves 5 stars and click photos – completely unprofessional.
Today, I placed Order No. 61. Even after 3 hours, it was not delivered. Instead, I was told to visit the store and wait for 50 minutes to 1 hour to get it myself. To check if the delay was due to rush, I placed another order (Order No. 85) after 50 minutes, with cash on delivery. This order was delivered within 20–25 minutes. Clearly, the earlier delay was not due to rush but mismanagement.
Even after asking to cancel Order No. 61 two hours ago, nothing was done and there was no escalation. This is the last time I am ordering from this place. I will shift to another store where commitments are kept and customers are respected.
