2 bottles of water we didn't purchase were forced upon us by adding them to the bill. They weren't served at the table even. On inquiring why the bill had water bottles added without us purchasing or asking for them, we were shamelessly handed two new water bottles WE DIDN'T ASK FOR on spot. On denying the bottles, we were rudely told that our money won't be returned since now the BOTTLES WERE A PART OF THE BILL.

This malice & disrespect to customer is not tolerable!

The place is carved out in a beautiful pahadi land but i wish the people running it had some kumauni ethics too.

Also, food was not upto the mark, the sandwich bread was crusty & the rotisserie of the paneer roll tasted stale. However, the chocolate shake tasted good.

At the very beginning I found it interesting to visit inside. But after tasting the food, I literally felt to call this 'Don't ever try to find it'. Every item was rubbish and worst in taste. Being a big foodie and a traveller, I had an experience of lots of places. But this place food is for tasteless people. Although I am not denying about the beautiful serenity, view and all arrangements. They were all good but for me as a foodie person, I will not going to recommend it for sure :-(
