Avoid Gurudev Restaurant – A Terrible Experience

We had lunch at Gurudev Restaurant, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences of our lives. We ordered Dal Makhani and roti, but the food was extremely disappointing—bland, poorly prepared, and lacking any freshness.

What made the experience even worse was the unhygienic and disgusting environment. Despite sitting in their so-called "premium AC seating area", the place was swarming with flies, and to our shock, rats were openly running around the same area. When we politely requested the staff to take care of the issue, they simply laughed it off without any concern.

The smell in the restaurant was unbearable, adding to the already unpleasant atmosphere. It was clear that cleanliness and customer care are not their priorities.

It's one stop for all those who love north india food like really their aloo pratha with makkhan and dahi is too good. Haridwar is cold almost all the time in evening and on that shaving a snacks shop like this is chehrey on cake. Staff is very sweet and the place is neat.
