I visited Hungry Point, Sitarganj 10 Jun 2025, 1920 hours excited to try their farm-fresh giant pizza, but left disappointed by one major issue—the ‘ridiculously thin, cracker-like base’ that made it nearly impossible to eat properly.

The Real Issue: Unreasonably Thin Base– The manager insisted "it’s supposed to be thin because it’s fresh,"but that’s not an excuse. A pizza base shouldn’t be as brittle as a papad—it kept shattering’ with every bite, making it messy and unsatisfying. No Structural Integrity– Even if thin-crust is the style, this was too extreme—more like a crispy wafer than pizza dough. Manager’s Dismissal – Instead of acknowledging feedback, they defended it as intentional, which doesn’t solve the problem.

Suggestions: If thin crust is the style, make it slightly thicker or more flexible- so it doesn’t break apart. Offer multiple crust options (thick, regular, thin-but-not-papad). Listen to customer feedback instead of...

Place is nice ... Infrastructure and overall design is amazing. There are various varieties of foods specially for pizza lovers. Kitchen is fully hygienic and all the staff members are so diligent. And the inner walls are written with quotes and jokes, some of which are amazing. Apart from enjoying your order, you can also enjoy the best songs....

I am giving 4 stars rating to the hungry point not because of something is missing. Rather, one day it can be the best option for the hungry people... I am waiting for...
