Ira's Kitchen — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Located in a good location, it's a very below average place to eat.

Loud music was being played 'very loudly'. Staff was either nervous or stoned by the fact that they had guests, no happy faces. No one bothered to serve plates untill asked, " choti plate main kaise khayege"

Tissue paper n silverware section remained empty, bt with great efforts like the plates we finally got spoon to eat,😃staff had no interest in serving or taking order, we had to call them again n again, one staff was so rude (I knw the name bt I will nt mention here) tht we had to ask him, why are u so angry.

Food was normal average food served in very little quantity. But the waiting time was more than average.if u want to order and roam around to enjoy the view until said sir order ready hai, after a good 45 mins

Half of the things from the menu were unavailable for example tandoori stuffed aloo and amritsari kulcha to mention a few.

Overall we have much better places to eat, where staff welcomes the guest, serves with a positive smile and good...

Ira's Kitchen is located on the way to Mussoorie from Dehradhun. The place is beautiful from inside. They serve variety of food here.

We ordered the Masala Chaap. It took around 45-50 mins to get the food, that too after lot of reminders. The service is not slow but snail slow. The chaap was good in taste The Masala Lemonade was good but again in took close to 20mins to get that. It is quite expensive here. That too when there were only 2 or 3 tables filled. May be they take order before a day when its full.

If they are low on staff better to close the place for that day rather than making customers...

Average food, bad service. Take a lot of time to prepare the food so if you are planning to visit this place make sure that you are ordering atleast 45min- 1 hr before. The location is only the plus point but unfortunately they are not able to make the...
