JJ Food — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Poor cooking time management. Poor service. They took 1/5 hour for serving the meal to us . Before this dinner,I ordered Paneer Kathi role, a couple of week ago I had paid 25%extra money as a Goods and Service Tax(GST) but later on I got to that they only take 5% GST on meal then I realised that they have a poor staff service too. In fact I have seen the other comments of main branch of JJ Food they have there positive impact on there customers which is good and also when I talk about my issues with the owner he has the humble reply and gentle behaviour and he offered me the dinner for free but I refused it because it was not the matter of money it's all about the time which is more precious than money but unfortunately I have to say this that he has a lack of eye on his workers 😞. I didn't found any satisfaction from JJ Food Baurari,near Hawa Mahal (Gas Godaam ). If the condition remain same for further more days then I don't think so that they can compete or serve a good meal to public while the other restaurants are building there legacy by improving the taste in meal and fast dilevery services . Although charges of food items are not having much difference with other restaurants but the service and time management have to be improved a lot. I hope you will work...

I went to this restuarant with my family and extended family to celebrate my Son's mundan party. I was so shocked to see the strictness they follow with their closing times. I have been to many local, eminent and 5 star restaurants but never experienced such strictness with customers. The owner was standing on our head and asking us to finish our meals as they wanted to close their restaurant at 10 30pm sharp. My father didnt have his meal as the owner was standing right beside and watching all of us with angry red eyes to finish before 10 30. Additionally, the owner charged us for 10 mins extra we took to finish our meals. So, this restaurant charges you if you didnt finish your meal by 10 30 pm.

Overall, to run a business one must respect his customers. Stop looting innocent people of New Tehri. If someone doesn't speak, it doesnt mean you ll take advantage of it.

Would recommend people to visit other restaurants atleast they have owners who dont stand on your head...
