There are many KFC lovers and despite many flaws, they would prefer KFC. However, one serious problem that I have been witnessing recently is serving too early prepared/cooked or stale food in/from KFC outlets. Every time I order a delivery either directly from KFC or through Zomato, have to request the staff for fresh food. I do not understand what fun the staff has to serve and pack food from the "heated storage place". This is not what is termed as "fresh". Are they not aware of the health implications? Have tasted KFC abroad and experienced their level of customer servicing, in India and especially in small towns, the behavior and approach is worthy of retrospection. Either the higher management is sleeping or they are equally inefficient. All staff of not only Roorkee KFC but few nearby outlets (Food Court near Patanjali, Haridwar and Pacific Mall, Dehradun) should be trained properly so that what "finger licking juicy food means" they understand. Absolutely Horrible Experience – NEVER Ordering Again!

I placed an order from KFC and waited for TWO HOURS with absolutely zero updates from the app. The tracking system is a complete joke—it doesn’t update, doesn’t show progress, and leaves you completely clueless about your order status. For some time i thought i was in a trap!!

After an endless wait, when the food finally arrived, it was cold, stale, and tasted awful. For a brand like KFC, this is beyond unacceptable.

Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food delivery. If you value your time, money, and taste buds, AVOID KFC—it’s just not worth the frustration. 🚫👎
